1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by 360 I FOKUS GmbH, based in Wollerau. They govern the rights and obligations between 360 I FOKUS GmbH (hereinafter "FOKUS") and its customers (hereinafter "Customer").

2. Area of activity
FOKUS provides independent insurance advisory and brokerage services for corporate and private clients. The basis for this is the respective insurance contracts between the client and the selected insurance company.

3. Independence and remuneration
FOKUS operates as an independent insurance broker. Compensation is generally paid through commissions and/or fees agreed with the respective insurance companies. These fees serve as compensation for consulting, support, and administrative services.

4. Liability
FOKUS is liable exclusively for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. No liability is assumed for slight negligence, indirect damages, or consequential damages.

5. Data protection
FOKUS complies with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and treats all client data confidentially. Client data is processed only within the scope of the consulting engagement and in accordance with legal regulations.

6. Online portal / login area
Access to the external login portal is only possible via a secure link. The respective privacy policy and terms of use of the portal operator apply to the use of this external portal. FOKUS assumes no liability for technical malfunctions, failures, or unauthorized access by third parties.

7. Customer’s obligation to provide information
The customer undertakes to provide FOKUS with all relevant information completely and truthfully so that appropriate advice can be guaranteed.

8. Contract duration and termination
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer may terminate the collaboration at any time with 30 days' written notice. FOKUS is entitled to terminate the collaboration without notice for good cause (e.g., breach of trust, false statements, changes in law).

9. Copyright and use of the website
The content, layout, and design of this website are subject to copyright. Reuse without the consent of FOKUS is prohibited.

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Wollerau (SZ), unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
