Willkommen bei Fokus.
Mein Name ist Martir Hoxha – und ich möchte Ihnen erzählen, warum ich tue, was ich tue.
Ich durfte 2006 meine berufliche Reise mit der Lehre als Versicherungskaufmann bei Swiss Life beginnen. Schon damals hat mich fasziniert, wie sehr jede Versicherungsgeschichte eigentlich eine Lebensgeschichte ist – und wie entscheidend es ist, Menschen wirklich zuzuhören.
In den letzten rund zwanzig Jahren durfte ich viele Perspektiven erleben: vom Sachbearbeiter über den Fachspezialisten bis hin zum Account Manager und später Mandatsleiter. Besonders prägend war meine Zeit bei einem der grössten FinTech-Unternehmen der Schweiz, wo ich beim Aufbau neuer Strukturen mitwirken konnte, sowie bei der Global Gruppe – einem der führenden Brokerhäuser in der DACH-Region.
Mit dem Abschluss als Versicherungswirtschafter HF habe ich mein Fachwissen vertieft und gelernt, Zusammenhänge nicht nur zu verstehen, sondern ganzheitlich zu denken.
Heute geht es mir nicht nur um Policen oder Prämien, sondern um Menschen, Vertrauen und das gute Gefühl, gemeinsam Klarheit zu schaffen.
Das ist mein Antrieb – jeden Tag.
